“Blockchain Regulation and Criminal Law,” John Marshall Law School Symposium

Jenner & Block Partner Justin C. Steffen will be a panelist at a John Marshall Law School symposium.  Mr. Steffens’s session will explore current and potential regulatory issues facing blockchain technology.  He and other panelists will share their insights on the unique challenges of regulating a global borderless technology.  The panel will be held on November 9, 2018, from 1:00 to 2:15 pm at the law school.

Mr. Steffen is a member of Jenner & Block’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice and the firm’s FinTech Industry Group.   He routinely represents clients in large, “bet-the-company” litigation, internal investigations, and assists online lenders, payment processors and blockchain/cryptocurrency companies in navigating the evolving regulatory and legal environment.
