"Is the Tide Changing Again on the Viability of 101 and 112 as Defenses in Patent Litigation?" Practising Law Institute

The two-day program, titled “Patent Litigation 2018:  Advanced Techniques and Best Practices,” involves lawyers with national reputations in patent litigation and offers guidance on trying and managing bench and jury patent trials.  The program will feature Jenner & Block Partner Michael G. Babbitt, who will offer insights from US district court judges on the conduct and management of patent litigation, in addition to sharing practical tips for litigants.  The program is from October 17-18, 2018, at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.  Mr. Babbitt's session is on October 17.

Mr. Babbitt focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving intellectual property and technology and is a registered patent attorney before the PTAB.  He is a member of the firm’s Patent Litigation and Counseling and Technology Litigation Practices.
