“New Rules of Professional Conduct Go into Effect Later This Year – Are You Ready?” Los Angeles County Bar Association

Jenner & Block Partner Kirsten Hicks Spira will speak at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (LACBA) MCLE program “New Rules of Professional Conduct Go into Effect Later This Year – Are You Ready?”  For the first time in nearly three decades, the California Supreme Court has approved a comprehensive rewrite of the Rules of Professional Conduct applicable to California lawyers.  This MCLE program is available to LACBA members only and will help lawyers prepare for the implementation of the new Rules, which will go into effect on November 1, 2018.  To learn more and register, please click here.
