Jenner & Block Partner Alison I. Stein will be participating in a panel discussion on the legal issues and business challenges involving virtual reality (VR) technology. The panelists will address the differences between VR, augmented reality, mixed reality and 3D technology; VR’s impact in the gaming and entertainment industries; the legal issues and regulation surrounding VR; and what’s next in the industry.
In addition to Ms. Stein, the panel includes Lucy Lu of Littlstar and filmmaker Shruti Rya Ganguly and will be moderated by Kesari Ruza, co-founder of the Lattice Society and vice president of Legal Affairs, Branding & Marketing at Home Box Office.
