“Class Action Litigation 2018,” Practising Law Institute

Jenner & Block Partners Howard Suskin and Devi Rao are presenting at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) 2018 Class Action Litigation seminar on June 21, 2018, at PLI’s New York Conference Center. The seminar will cover important developments in class action litigation and pragmatic tips on litigation strategies designed to improve skills and chances for success in the courtroom.  Mr. Suskin, who is co-chairing the event, will give opening remarks and make a presentation on mediating class action lawsuits.  Ms. Rao will be on a panel addressing class action litigation strategies. 

Mr. Suskin is co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice and the Class Action Practice. He has published articles and spoken extensively on issues relating to class actions and securities law.

Ms. Rao is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court, Content, Media and Entertainment, and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation practice groups.  She has significant experience with consumer class actions, both at the trial court and appellate levels.
