On May 15, Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin discussed the latest developments in bankruptcy law on a CLE webcast sponsored by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. The webcast focused on decisions on the financial contract safe harbor (Merit Management, Lehman), insider determinations (Village at Lakeridge), the “one accepting impaired class” rule (Transwest) and dirt-for-debt plans (Bate Land & Timber).
