Trade Secrets Seminar: An Up-to-Date Deep Dive into the Current Status of Trade Secret Enforcement and Litigation

On Friday, May 4, Jenner & Block’s Los Angeles office co-hosts an advanced one-day seminar titled “Trade Secrets: An Up-to-Date Deep Dive into the Current Status of Trade Secret Enforcement and Litigation.” 
 
The program, co-chaired by Partner Brent Caslin, features several panels of distinguished practitioners and in-house counsel presenting on a variety of cutting-edge topics involving trade secrets.  
 
Partner David R. Singer will co-present “Forensics in Trade Secrets,” and Partner Richard L. Stone will be a co-presenter on “Strategy Decisions in a Trade Secret Theft Scenario.” Other sessions cover criminal prosecutions, practical considerations for patent versus trade secret protections, and state and federal laws regulating trade secrets. 
 
The seminar, which offers 6.25 hours of CLE credit, opens at 8:30 a.m. and is followed by a reception starting at 5 p.m.
