“Supreme Court Forum: Digital Evidence Gathering, the Fourth Amendment, and Privacy Rights,” American Constitution Society’s Washington College of Law chapter

Jenner & Block Partner David Bitkower will discuss significant criminal procedure cases before the US Supreme Court this term.  As a panelist at an event titled “Supreme Court Forum: Digital Evidence Gathering, the Fourth Amendment, and Privacy Rights,” he will share insight on cases such as Carpenter, Microsoft Ireland, and Byrd.  The program is sponsored by the American Constitution Society’s Washington College of Law chapter.  It will be held on April 12 at 5 p.m. at the American University Washington College of Law, Room NT01, in Washington, DC. 

Mr. Bitkower is a member of the firm’s Investigation, Compliance and Defense Practice, as well as its Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice.  He is a former principal deputy assistant attorney general for the Criminal Division of the US Department of Justice, the second-highest ranking position in the division.
