On February 7, Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin will discuss the latest developments in bankruptcy law on a CLE webcast sponsored by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. The webcast will focus on decisions on mootness of appeals from sale orders and executory contracts (Old Cold f/k/a Tempnology), debtor-in-possession financing (Resource Technology Corp.), effect of confirmation (Title Max), fees for stay litigation (Horne) and third-party releases (SunEdison andMidway Gold). The program will also cover the Bankruptcy Venue Reform Act of 2018 and what it may mean for the loan market. The webcast will take place from 4:00 – 5:00 pm EST.
