2017 ANA/BAA 39th Marketing Law Conference, Brand Activation Association (division of Association of National Advertisers)

Jenner & Block Partners Gina Reif Ilardi and Benjamin R. Mulcahy will moderate at the 39th ANA/BAA Marketing Law Conference on November 13-15, 2017, at the Downtown Chicago Marriott.  In the afternoon of the first day, Ms. Ilardi will moderate a panel titled “Case Study in Theater and Film Promotions.”  On the second day, Mr. Mulcahy will moderate a breakout session titled “As American as Apple π: Automobile Advertising and Promotions Charge into The Future.”

Ms. Ilardi is a partner in the Content, Media & Entertainment Practice.  She counsels motion picture and television studios, major brands, prominent website operators, cable, broadcast and out-of-home networks and advertising and marketing agencies.  Ms. Ilardi also advises clients on the collection, storage, sharing (including cross-border sharing and transfer) and use of personal information and other data.

Mr. Mulcahy is co-chair of the firm’s Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition Practice and a member of the Content, Media & Entertainment Practice.  He represents major film studios, broadcast and cable television networks, retailers, consumer brands and their advertising agencies in all aspects of sports marketing, entertainment marketing and interactive marketing as well as in innovative branded entertainment and e-commerce initiatives.
