Jenner & Block Partners Nicholas R. Barnaby, David Bitkower and Andrew D. Irwin and Associate Keisha N. Stanford led a seminar that explored the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the US law that prohibits the bribery of foreign public officials.  Sponsored by Federal Publications Seminars, the program was held from October 23-24, 2017.

Mr. Barnaby’s practice focuses on internal investigations and counseling relating to complex criminal and regulatory issues, including those arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Mr. Bitkower focuses on complex white collar cases and investigations on behalf of companies and individuals, and has significant experience with the FCPA and other enforcement regimes.

Mr. Irwin's practice encompasses a broad range of international regulation and compliance areas, including export controls, economic sanctions and the FCPA. 

Ms. Stanford advises clients in compliance, white collar criminal defense matters, government enforcement matters and internal investigations.
