Jenner & Block Partner David Bitkower will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 8th Global Forum on Anti-Corruption Compliance in High-Risk Markets. His panel is titled “FCPA Enforcement Priorities Six Months into the Trump Administration: Status Update on Interagency Cooperation, the Pilot Program on Voluntary Self-Disclosure, and the Revival of Monitorships.” That session will be held on July 25, 2017, the first day of the two-day forum at the Willard InterContinental in Washington, DC. Questions for discussion include, among others, whether the late 2016 and early 2017 trend of increased FCPA enforcement actions and record-breaking settlements will continue under the Trump administration and what are the consequences of interagency and international coordination in investigations.
