"Hot Topics in ERISA Litigation," World Wide Employee Benefits, Chicago

Jenner & Block Partner Casey T. Grabenstein and Associates Alexis E. Bates and Laura L. Norris presented at the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network’s Chicago chapter program, “Hot Topics in ERISA Litigation.” They spoke about the affects recent litigation has had on employee benefits and what the decisions may mean for employee benefits plans.

Mr. Grabenstein is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation, ERISA Litigation, Health Care, Product Liability and Class Action Practices. He has significant experience representing clients in numerous hearings and trials in federal and state courts and arbitration forums across the United States.

Ms. Bates is an associate in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and ERISA Litigation Practices. She currently serves on the board of the Chicago Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society.

Ms. Norris is an associate in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation, ERISA Litigation, and Class Action Practices.  She has experience litigating in a number of substantive areas, including ERISA, intellectual property disputes, and products liability.
