Jenner & Block Associate Joshua M. Parker will speak at a program sponsored by the American Constitution Society’s Texas chapter. Titled “SCOTUS Litigation: Tips and Lessons from the Supreme Court,” the event will feature Mr. Parker’s insight from clerking for Justice Neil M. Gorsuch when Justice Gorsuch was a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Mr. Parker will discuss what he learned from that experience. The program will be held on June 29, 2017, in Houston.
Mr. Parker is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Practice. His practice focuses on appellate litigation, complex issues of constitutional law and statutory interpretation, and advising clients regarding public policy and regulatory matters.
