Jenner & Block Partners Howard Suskin and Lee K. Van Voorhis are presenting at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) 2017 Class Action Litigation seminar on June 21, 2017, at PLI’s New York Conference Center. The seminar will cover important developments in class action litigation and pragmatic tips on litigation strategies designed to improve skills and chances for success in the courtroom.  Mr. Suskin, who is co-chairing the event, will give opening remarks and Mr. Van Voorhis will discuss class action settlements for antitrust practitioners and in-house counsel.

Mr. Suskin is co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice and the Class Action Practice. He has published articles and spoken extensively on issues relating to class actions and securities law.

Mr. Van Voorhis is co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Law Practice and a member of the Corporate and Private Equity Practices. He has extensive experience shepherding transactions through merger clearance and helping clients conduct business efficiently while mitigating the risk of violating antitrust and competition laws.
