Jenner & Block Partner Mary Ellen Callahan, Associates Calvin Mohammadi and Carla Weiss, and Privacy Attorney Brett Weinstein will present a telephonic webinar on current privacy and cybersecurity news to the American Bar Associations (ABA) Privacy and Information Security Committee (Antitrust Section) on May 31, 2017. The hour-long session will provide privacy law practitioners with timely and relevant updates on consumer privacy and data security activities, covering regulation, legislation and litigation in both the United States and internationally.
Mary Ellen Callahan is chair of the firm’s Privacy and Information Governance Practice. She is a nationally recognized privacy attorney with unique and broad experience advising clients at the interface of privacy protection with cybersecurity and national security issues.
Calvin Mohammadi is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Mohammadi worked on family law matters at a low-income legal assistance foundation in Southern California.
Brett Weinstein is a member of the firm’s Privacy and Information Governance Practice. He focuses on a variety of issues related to the privacy and integrity of information, including policies and practices concerning the collection, use, and transfer of information, and data security issues.
Carla Weiss is an associate in the Government Contracts Practice. Ms. Weiss advises clients on issues related to data privacy and cybersecurity, including health privacy compliance, social media policies and breach notification obligations.
