“What to Do When Construction Projects Go Bad in Illinois,” Lorman Education Services Seminar, Schaumburg, IL

Jenner & Block Partner Joseph G. Bisceglia and Associates Robert J. Blazejowski, Thomas P. Monroe, Daniel C. McMurtrie, Shorge K. Sato, and Anwar T. Shatat will speak at a Lorman Seminar titled, “What to Do When Construction Projects Go Bad in Illinois” to be held at the Radisson Hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois on March 11.  The one-day seminar is designed for attorneys, presidents, vice presidents, construction and project and project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and contract managers.

The seminar will provide insight into the often turbulent construction process. Mr. Sato will present on "AIA Contract Documents," Messrs. Blazejowski, McMurtrie and Shatat will present on "Key Construction Provisions" and Mr. Monroe will present on "Insurance and Surety Bonds."  Mr. Bisceglia will moderate the seminar.

Mr. Bisceglia is Chair of the Firm's Construction Law Practice and a member of the Firm's Litigation Department.
