“Recent Developments in Bankruptcy Law,” Loan Syndications and Trading Association

Jenner & Block Partner Richard Levin will speak during the third installment of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association’s quarterly webinar series, which examines recent decisions of interest to the lending community.  This installment will explore decisions on allowance of a make-whole (EFH and Cash America); determining actual intent in a fraudulent transfer case (Lyondell); expanding the avoiding power reach-back to 10 years (Kipnis); contractual override of financial contract safe harbor (Louisiana Pellets); equitable subordination (Aéropostale); cram down (Transwest Properties); and carve out treatment (MCO Wash).  Sponsored by the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, the program will be held on December 14, 2016, from 4- pm EST.
