Jenner & Block Partners Joseph P. Gromacki, Charlie Lightfoot and Christian Tuddenham will speak at the GC Futures Summit 2016.   Mr. Gromacki is also a co-chair of the event.  Mr. Gromacki will chair and Mr. Lightfoot will be a panelist in a session titled “BoardTalk: Risk, Regulation and Compliance: Guiding the Board.”  Mr. Tuddenham will be a panelist in a discussion called “BrexitTalk: Challenges for Today’s Law Department.”  The Summit will be attended by general counsel, chief legal officers, corporate counsel leaders as well as leaders in private practice.  It will be held on November 1, 2016, in London.

Mr. Gromacki is chair of the firmwide Corporate Practice and oversees all of the firm’s transactional practices.  Companies and their boards seek his assistance with structuring and negotiating public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public securities offerings and other highly complex corporate transactions.

Mr. Lightfoot leads the firm's London-based international arbitration and litigation practices and serves as the managing partner of the London office.  He has extensive experience handling high-value international arbitrations in both the commercial and investor/state arenas. 

Mr. Tuddenham is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice. He advises financial institutions and companies worldwide across a range of specialisms in both litigation and arbitration, including securities litigation, fraud and economic tort claims, shareholder and joint venture disputes, and asset-tracing/enforcement matters.
