Titled “Recent Developments in Bankruptcy Law,” the program will feature topics including decisions on lender consent to a bankruptcy petition (Intervention Energy Holdings), the scope of a "free and clear" order in a section 363 sale (GM ignition switch litigation), section 546(e) safe harbor issues (FTI v.
