“Should IP Addresses Be Treated as Personally Identifiable?” Network Advertising Initiative

Jenner & Block Partner Gina Reif Ilardi will speak at the Network Advertising Initiative webinar on the topic of “Should IP Addresses Be Treated as Personally Identifiable?”  Ms. Ilardi and other speakers will discuss the technical implications and repercussions of treating IP addresses and other device identifiers as personally identifiable.  Additionally, they will discuss the significance of this classification, especially with companies’ existing privacy disclosures.  The webinar will take place on June 27, 2016.

Ms. Ilardi is a partner in the Content, Media & Entertainment Practice.  Ms. Ilardi counsels motion picture and television studios, major brands, prominent website operators, cable, broadcast and out-of-home networks and advertising and marketing agencies.
