Jenner & Block Partner Larry P. Ellsworth will be leading a discussion before the D.C. Bar which will give practitioners the opportunity to have an open dialogue directly with the Chief and three other SEC administrative law judges on important developments, procedures and best practices in the SEC’s administrative cases. The ALJs will speak directly to an audience of private practitioners and SEC Staff attorneys, take their respectful questions, solicit their views regarding current hot topics, and provide practice tips. To the extent that different ALJs have different preferences, this setting will provide the opportunity to inquire about them. The program will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, from noon to 2 pm at the D.C. Bar Conference Center, 1101 K Street, NW, Washington DC.
Mr. Ellsworth is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of its Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Class Action Practices.
