“Private and Non-Profit D&O: New Exposures and Concerns, Claims Frequency, Unique Claims that Arise, Comparison with Public Company D&O, and Underwriting Issues,” American Conference Institute’s 20th National Forum on Directors & Officers and Management Liability

Jenner & Block Partner Matthew L. Jacobs will speak about directors & officers policies during a panel discussion at the American Conference Institute’s 20th National Forum on Directors & Officers and Management Liability.  Mr. Jacobs and other panelists will share their insight on topics including whether claims in the private non-profit sector are increasing, unique and evolving claims and underwriting issues, entity coverage for private companies, comparison with public company D&O policies, different venues, and which industry sectors have been appearing.  The session will be held on July 27, 2016, the second day of the two-day forum in New York.

Mr. Jacobs is a member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling and Reinsurance Practices and has been successfully litigating insurance coverage matters for more than 25 years.  He handles complex, multi-party insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts.
