“Top Ten Blunders to Avoid at Your First Trial,” ABA Section of Litigation Annual Conference Chicago, IL

On April 15, 2016, Jenner & Block Partner Andrew W. Vail spoke on a CLE panel titled “Top Ten Blunders to Avoid at Your First Trial,” during the 2016 American Bar Association Section of Litigation Annual Conference.  On the panel with Mr. Vail were United States District Court Judge Richard D. Bennett; Bart H. Williams, co-chair of the Los Angeles Litigation practice of Proskauer Rose LLP; and Craig A. Thompson of Venable LLP.  Panelists provided their suggestions on how novice litigators can avoid common traps during their first trial.
