Jenner & Block Partners  Robert R. Stauffer and Gayle E. Littleton presented at a consumer products-based Chief Compliance Officer roundtable sponsored by Ernst & Young.  Mr. Stauffer and Ms. Littleton addressed, among other things, the Yates memo, the Department of Justice’s new FCPA initiative and the issue of managing global investigations from the United States.  The roundtable was held on April 8 , 2016, at the Westin Hotel in Rosemont.

Mr. Stauffer is a member of the Litigation Department, a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice, and chair of the Health Care Practice.  Individuals and corporations seek his assistance on a wide range of white-collar criminal matters, civil commercial litigation and health care issues.

Ms. Littleton advises companies and executives facing regulatory, criminal, and civil investigations.   She brings a wealth of experience investigating and litigating matters involving fraud, corruption, tax evasion, cyber crimes and regulatory violations, as well as civil actions brought pursuant to the False Claims Act and the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act.
