Jenner & Block Partner Nancy C. Libin will speak in a discussion that will examine lessons learned from the Federal Trade Commission’s recent efforts to bring together researchers and policymakers to explore cutting-edge research on consumer privacy. The research is likely to shape privacy regulators’ policies and priorities for years to come. The discussion will focus on the research that communications providers should know about when deciding how to use and protect consumer information and the regulatory trends that this research may fuel. Sponsored by the Federal Communications Bar Association, the brown bag lunch program will be held from 12:15-1:30 pm on February 26, 2016, at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, 1919 M Street, NW, Washington, DC.
