Jenner & Block Associate Jan A. Larson will speak at a roundtable discussion about the insurance products and issues associated with “unmanned vehicles,” commonly referred to as “drones.”  Titled “Drones & Insurance: Managing Liability Exposure for the Commercial Use of Unmanned Vehicles,” the roundtable will focus on the regulatory regimes available for drones and how, if at all, the changing regulatory landscape has affected the availability and pricing of insurance.  Ms. Larson and other panelists will provide an overview of the various commercial drone activities available and predicted and present various insurance products available for those activities.  The roundtable will be held on November 13 during the  American Bar Association’s The Women of the Section of Litigation Conference in Chicago.

Ms. Larson is a member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice.  She has broad experience representing corporate policyholders nationwide in complex litigation with their insurers involving a variety of insurance claims.  In 2013, 2014 and 2015, Ms. Larson was recognized by Washington, DC Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in the area of insurance coverage.
