“Recent Developments in Patent Law and Their Effects on Patent Litigation,” Practising Law Institute’s Patent Litigation 2015 Conference

Jenner & Block Partner Reginald J. Hill will discuss recent developments in patent law during the Practising Law Institute’s Patent Litigation 2015 Conference. Titled “Recent Developments in Patent Law and Their Effects on Patent Litigation,” Mr. Hill’ssession will provide a broad review of the important decisions of the Supreme Court, Federal Circuit and District Courts over the past year, as well as of still-emerging and developing effects of the America Invents Act and proposed legislation to address concerns about the uses and misuses of patent litigation as an economic weapon.  He will also discuss key trends and developing patent law doctrines.  Mr. Hill’s session will be held at 9:15 am on October 8, the first day of the two-day conference.  The conference will be held at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center, 450 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive, Chicago.  The firm is a Privileged Member of PLI with unlimited access to PLI’s live programs and webcasts at no cost.
