Of Counsel Stephen H. Armstrong will moderate a program during the 16th National Brownfields Training Conference. Titled “New Approaches to Marketing and Redeveloping Surplus Properties,” the session will examine the trend of managers of environmentally impaired surplus properties looking beyond price and liability concerns to other values when searching for prospective buyers of their properties. The panel will focus on innovative approaches to help managers in the search to identify potential purchasers. It will be held from 12:45-2 pm on September 3, the second day of the three-day conference that is expected to draw thousands of stakeholders to Chicago for training, networking and business development. The conference will be held at the Hilton Chicago.
