Jenner & Block Partner Terri L. Mascherin is participating in the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting, held in Chicago from July 30-August 4, 2015.  On July 30, Ms. Mascherin spoke at a session called “The Masters: Strategy Like No Other in the First 90 Days.”  On July 31, she will speak at a session called “Great Openings: The Grand Masters on Presenting Case Themes.”  Also on July 31, Ms. Mascherin will speak to representatives of the Paris Bar and of the Bar Council of England and Wales about the Justice Entrepreneurs Project (JEP), an incubator that trains law school graduates to start innovative, socially conscious law practices in the Chicago area at the same time providing affordable services to low- and moderate-income people  Ms. Mascherin is chair of the JEP Steering Committee.  That event will be held at the JEP incubator space, 208 S. Jefferson St., Suite 204.

Ms. Mascherin is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation; International Arbitration; and Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition Practices.  She represents businesses in disputes over corporate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, licenses and contracts.  In 2013, she was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, considered the premier professional trial organization in North America.
