Jenner & Block Partners Louis E. Fogel, Paul D. Margolis and Steven R. Trybus will speak at a CLE webinar that will explore key developments in biosimilar litigation.  The program is a follow-up to a popular webinar held in March; this program will further examine new Federal Circuit arguments being made and considered in interpreting the Amgen v.
