Jenner & Block Partner Howard S. Suskin will co-chair a Practising Law Institute program that will explore important developments in class action litigation.  Titled “Class Action Litigation 2015,” the program will focus on the tools and strategies needed to effectively handle these complex cases.  CLE credit is available, including one hour of ethics credit.  The program will be held on July 8, 2015, at PLI’s New York City seminar location, 1177 Avenue of the Americas.  Jenner & Block is a Privileged Member of PLI, allowing firm attorneys to attend the program or view the live webcast at no cost.

Mr. Suskin is co-chair of the firm’s Class Action Practice and Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice.  He has substantial first-chair experience representing individuals and business entities in civil and criminal securities matters, including class actions alleging securities fraud and misrepresentation claims, derivative actions claiming breach of fiduciary duty, contests for corporate control, insider trading investigations and broker-dealer issues.
