Bajowala recently participated in a program sponsored by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) titled “Because You’re Worth It: Achieving Advancement and Fair Compensation in the Legal Profession.”  The first installment of her presentation featured a compelling story of defining one’s own success and accomplishment, while maintaining professionalism in the face of adversity.  She later led an interactive panel in which she discussed implementing firm policies to promote the inclusion and advancement of women attorneys, from maternity leave to flex-time, to creative bonus structures.  The program was held at the ISBA on May 7, 2015.
