Jenner & Block Partner Reena J. Bajowala recently spoke at the Illinois Diversity Council’s “6th Annual Women’s Conference.”  Ms. Bajowala participated in a panel discussion titled “Women of Color: Striving for Excellence,” in which a diverse mix of successful women leaders presented tips and strategies to help achieve excellence both inside and outside the workplace.  The discussion addressed topics relevant to today’s issues in order to educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.  The program was held at the Hyatt Regency on April 23, 2015.

Ms. Bajowala is a partner in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation, Class Action, ERISA Litigation and Technology Litigation Practices.  She is active in several professional organizations that foster diversity in the legal profession, founded Jenner & Block’s Mother’s Circle of the Women’s Forum and serves on the Women’s Forum Steering Committee and the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.  Ms. Bajowala previously served as co-chair of the firm’s Asian Forum and on the firm’s Hiring Committee and Pro Bono Committee.
