Jenner & Block Partner Terri L. Mascherin spoke at A National Summit on Innovation in Legal Services co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Presidential Commission on the Future of Legal Services and Stanford University School of Law.  Titled “Programs to Bridge the Gap,” Ms. Mascherin’s session focused on innovative projects and issues from the field.  She discussed the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Justice Entrepreneurs Project, which she chairs.  The program was held on May 3, 2015, at Stanford Law School.

Ms. Mascherin is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation; International Arbitration; and Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition Practices.  She represents businesses in disputes over corporate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures, licenses and contracts.  In 2013, she was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, considered the premier professional trial organization in North America.
