Jenner & Block Partner Samuel L. Feder will speak at a teleforum that will explore issues of broadband net neutrality. Titled “The FCC's Open Internet Order - A Law and Economic Analysis,” the program will examine implications of the government’s recent reclassification of broadband Internet access service as a common carrier telecommunications service. The teleforum will be held from 11 am to noon Eastern on March 24, 2015. It is sponsored by the Phoenix Center for Advanced Legal & Economic Public Policy Studies.
