Titled “The New Net Neutrality Rules: How Have Other Regulated Fields Tackled Similar Issues?” the program focused on implications of the government’s recent reclassification of broadband Internet access service as a common carrier telecommunications service. The event, held on March 3, 2015, was sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law.
