“Asserting and Preserving Privilege in e-Discovery,” 9th Annual Sedona Conference Institute Program on e-Discovery

Jenner & Block Partner David M. Greenwald will speak at the 9th Annual Sedona Conference Institute Program on eDiscovery, to be held in Nashville on March 19 and 20, 2015.  David’s session, held on March 20, is titled “Asserting and Preserving Privilege in eDiscovery.”

Mr. Greenwald is a tested trial lawyer with more than 28 years of commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and domestic and international internal investigation experience relating to a wide variety of substantive areas and across a broad spectrum of industries.  He speaks and writes regularly on issues relating to e-discovery, ethics, the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine.
