Jenner & Block Partners Louis E. Fogel, Paul D. Margolis and Steven R. Trybus will speak at a webinar sponsored by Jenner & Block. Titled  “Key Developments in Biosimilar Litigation,” this webinar will discuss the market for biosimilars and explore issues being considered by both innovators and companies who plan to bring biosimilars to the U.S. market.  The program will explore arguments being made and considered in interpreting the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA), including a discussion of the key rulings, pending motions and arguments in the Amgen v. Sandoz cases relating to the BPCIA.  The webinar will be held from noon to 1 pm CST on March 11, 2015.

Mr. Fogel counsels life sciences clients in all aspects of complex patent litigation to help businesses achieve their strategic goals.
