“3D Printing and Beyond: Emerging Intellectual Property Issues with 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing,” Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal

Jenner & Block Partner Gianni P. Servodidio will speak at Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal’s Spring Symposium on February 2, 2015.  Titled “3D Printing and Beyond: Emerging Intellectual Property Issues with 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing,” the event will be held in the Jacob Burns Moot Court Room of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City.  It will begin with a cocktail hour at 3 p.m.; the panel discussion will take place from 4-7 p.m.  The program is co-sponsored by Cardozo Law's Tech Startup Clinic and CLE credit is available.  The event will also be live streamed, beginning at 4 p.m. Eastern. 

Gianni is a member of the firm’s Content, Media and Entertainment; Intellectual Property; and Trademark, Advertising and Unfair Competition Practices.  His practice focuses on the intersection of IP law, technology and the Internet.  He has represented major motion picture studios and record companies in several of the leading digital copyright infringement cases of the past decade.
