Jenner & Block Partner Larry P. Ellsworth will interview J. Bradley Bennett, director of enforcement for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a non-governmental entity regulating the securities industry.   Mr. Bennett will discuss and answer questions regarding current FINRA enforcement practices, developments and issues.  This is part of a series of programs led by Larry that have included interviews and Q&A sessions with the general counsel and director of Enforcement, respectively, of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the chairman of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.  This DC Bar program will take place from noon until 2 p.m. on January 20, 2015, at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1101 K Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 

Larry is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of its Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Class Action Practices.  He is a former assistant chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Trial Unit.  Larry is chairman of the DC Bar Broker-Dealer Regulation and SEC Enforcement Committee.
