Jenner & Block Partner Benjamin J. Bradford spoke at a conference that explored issues and best practices for Danishand other non-U.S. companies being sued in U.S. courts.  Titled “What To Do When Getting Sued in the U.S.,” the seminar featured Ben and other panelists offering their insights on several items, including the general organization of the U.S. court system, ways to avoid jurisdiction, the costs of being sued and more.  The interactive program featured discussion of a  hypothetical lawsuit used to demonstrate key points.  Hosted by the TechLaw Group Inc., the program was held on October 30, 2014, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
