Bisnow’s 2nd Annual Construction & Development Summit

Jenner & Block Partner Donald I. Resnick moderated a panel at Bisnow’s 2nd Annual Construction & Development Summit, which was held at the firm’s Chicago office on December 4.  More than 250 people attended.  Don is featured in two articles about the conferencein Real Estate Bisnow. In “This Morning’s Construction & Development Summit; The Deal Sheet” on December 4, Don is pictured with members of the development panel, who discussed the need for incentives to help Chicago’s development scene recover.  In “State Revenue Schemes Depressing Development? The Deal Sheet” on Monday, he is pictured and quoted observing that Chicago still lags behind cities like Houston, Atlanta and Dallas in terms of its investment climate.  While the market may look healthier, Don says he is still knee-deep in workouts:  “They’re quieter but still there.”   A third article about the summit, on December 5, included a reference to the “unbelievable view” from the firm’s 45th floor conference room.
