Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Rulemaking, DC Bar

Jenner & Block Partner Larry P. Ellsworth will moderate and ask questions of James Doty, the chairman of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), which regulates accountants for U.S. registered companies.  Mr. Doty, also a former general counsel of the Securities Exchange Commission, will discuss current PCAOB rulemaking, inspections and enforcement issues.  This DC Bar program will take place on November 5, 2014, at the firm's Washington, D.C. office. 

Larry is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of its Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Class Action Practices.  He is a former assistant chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Trial Unit.
