Partner Jeremy M. Creelan will speak on a NYC Bar Association panel titled “Recent Developments in Document Retention: Legal, Ethical & Practical Advice in the Context of Criminal, Regulatory & Civil Litigation" on October 21, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET.  The program will be held at the New York City Bar, 42 W. 44th Street, in the CLE Center on the 2nd floor.  

Jeremy is a highly experienced litigator who re-joined Jenner & Block as a partner in 2014 after serving for three years in the administration of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.  He is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practice.
