Jenner & Block Partner Christian R. Bartholomew will speak at the Securities Enforcement Forum among a stellar faculty, including many current senior SEC enforcement officials and federal prosecutors. The one-day conference will feature a morning keynote by an SEC Commissioner and an afternoon keynote by the U.S. attorney of the Southern District of New York, and topics devoted to numerous enforcement issues. Christian will speak on a panel with Dan Hawke, the chief of the SEC’s Market Abuse Unit, addressing insider trading, whistleblower and market structure issues. The conference will take place on October 14, 2014, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C. CLE credit is available.
