"The Preeminent Forum on Open Reporting of Fraud, Misconduct, Impropriety and White Collar Crime,” Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute’s Third Annual Corporate Whistleblowing Forum

Jenner & Block Partner Christian R. Bartholomew will co-chair Thomson Reuters Legal Executive Institute’s Third Annual Corporate Whistleblowing Forum.  Titled “The Preeminent Forum on Open Reporting of Fraud, Misconduct, Impropriety and White Collar Crime,” the conference will take place in New York City on Tuesday, September 30.  Christian will moderate a presentation at 11:45 a.m. titled “Regulator’s Roundtable,” in which panelists from the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will discuss their experience in responding to and prosecuting unlawful activity.  He will also lead the networking luncheon, “Corporate Whistleblowing 101.”  At 1:45 p.m., Christian will then speak on a presentation titled “Corporate Counsel Roundtable,” which will examine actions companies are taking to address white collar crimes and prevent impropriety. 

Christian is a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice. As a former undefeated trial lawyer for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with more than two decades of public sector and private practice experience, Christian has successfully resolved regulatory and internal investigations and litigation matters on behalf of well-known financial institutions and public companies on virtually every securities-related issue confronting these clients.
