Partner Michelle M. McAtee will participate in Practising Law Institute’s 16th Annual Commercial Real Estate Institute conference in Chicago on Monday, October 27. She will be a panelist for a presentation titled “Bankruptcy, Restructurings and Workouts,” which will take place at 3:30 p.m. The conference, geared toward associates, junior partners, in-house counsel and other professionals handling commercial real estate matters, is intended to help practicing attorneys enhance traditional transactional skills and develop workout and enforcement skills. Michelle is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Securities Practices and its Tenant-in-Common Workout Task Force. She focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions and has extensive leasing experience, representing landlords and tenants in office, retail, warehouse and industrial leases, and extensive experience in construction and development.
