Jenner & Block Partner Bradford P. Lyerla participated in a podcast that examined the current state of Paragraph IV disputes and what will remain constant and what will change at a time when fewer “blockbuster” pharmaceutical patents are expiring. Brad lent his insight on litigation between brand name and generic drug manufacturers, discussing how such litigation has evolved, how in-house counsel can best prepare one’s company for a successful outcome in Paragraph IV disputes and recent movement in the courts addressing core intellectual property principles. The podcast was sponsored by the Momentum Event Group.
