Jenner & Block Partner Howard S. Suskin serves as co-chair and Partner Jeremy M. Creelan will participate in PLI’s “Class Action Litigation 2014” program on July 9, 2014, at PLI’s New York Conference Center. This year’s program provides tools and strategies to effectively handle class action litigation. The program’s faculty includes both plaintiffs’ and defense counsel as well as academics. CLE credit is available, including one hour of ethics credit. Jenner & Block is a Privileged Member of PLI, which allows our attorneys to attend the program or view the live webcast at no cost.
Jeremy is a highly experienced litigator who re-joined Jenner & Block as a partner in 2014 after serving for three years in the administration of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. He is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practice.
Howard is co-chair of the firm’s Class Action Practice and Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice. He has substantial first-chair experience representing individuals and business entities in civil and criminal securities matters, including class actions alleging securities fraud and misrepresentation claims, derivative actions claiming breach of fiduciary duty, contests for corporate control, insider trading investigations and broker-dealer issues.
